At times it seems as if the world has gone crazy. Young children are playing PSP games (play station portable), adults playing online games on their cell phones, laptops and computers. Some families, group of friends, classmates are hooked on playing video games. Peek over someone’s shoulder in an office and they may be immersed in playing online games. Since the advent of the personal computer and the internet, playing online games has mesmerized a large number of people. Online games tournaments are organized and there are internet gaming clubs. There are so many categories of games nowadays ranging from children games to strategic games. Shooting, racing, slot machines; virtually millions of games are being played by billions of people in real time. Some games are known by the platform on which they have been developed like flash games. Then there are server side and client side games. Games central has games for all age groups from learning to board games, party games and a host of other games. Playing online games or interactive games boost the adrenalin and people get so involved that they lose track of time. Apple computers have Mac games in fact Mac games were the first games that came on personal computers. Now almost every interactive device with a display screen has an inbuilt game or a set of games on it.
